Step 3: Resume Filtering

Once the applications are in, the team at Personnel Dynamics will review and shortlist applications. You will be able to track the progress on our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Step 4: Interview Screening

Suitable candidates are then interviewed by our team of hiring experts to get an initial feel for their aptitude, attitude and suitability for your role.

Interviews will be either recorded via Teams or notes will be written, so you can review our process and get a complete overview of every interview. Final shortlisted candidates shared with you to review and choose from.

Step 5: Interview Scheduling
